Has eight years experience of advising on and investing in corporate transactions. Prior to Better Capital Ltd, was a Corporate Finance advisor, most recently specialising in the execution of distressed and turnaround transactions. Has acted for a range of stakeholders including banks, institutional investors and corporates across a diverse range of sectors. Joined from BDO in London and prior to that worked at a specialist M&A boutique, Jasper CF, and at Lloyds TSB. Chartered Certified Accountant. Durham University graduate. ICAEW CF Diploma.
