Joined Alchemy in 2008 from Brakes Group, a private equity backed buyout, and was Corporate Development Director; prior to which held a line management role as Sales Planning Director, responsible for turnaround initiatives. Latterly, led M&A screening, valuation, due diligence and post-acquisition planning in the UK and Europe. Was previously at Bain & Company gaining consulting experience across a wide range of sectors and private equity transactions. Oxford graduate in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, with MBA from INSEAD.
