Bio
Mr Juttmann joined Impax in August 2008. Mr Juttmann is responsible for portfolio structuring, tax optimisation and other legal and tax matters relating to the Fund. In addition he supports sourcing, analysis and execution of new investment opportunities and manages legal diligence. Previously a qualified tax and corporate lawyer at Dutch law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in Amsterdam, Mr Juttmann has five years experience advising on private equity investment structures, mergers and acquisitions and financings. He started his career at the international tax group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer based in the Amsterdam office he specialised in structured finance and international corporate income tax. He is bilingual in English and Dutch and has working knowledge of German and Spanish. Mr Juttmann graduated in Dutch commercial law and tax law at Leiden University in the Netherlands, and received his MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona.
