Andy coordinates the marketing and business development activities for Calvert Street’s private equity business and also oversees Calvert Street’s mezzanine business. Andy joined CSCP in 2001 to form the firm’s mezzanine capital group. Prior to CSCP, Andy provided leveraged loans to lower middle market companies with a predecessor bank to PNC and was in Corporate Finance at Tessco Technologies, Inc. Andy spent 10 years in various management positions at predecessor banks to Bank of America, focusing on leveraged lending to lower middle market companies. From 1984 through 1988, Mr. John worked in North America Corporate Finance at Chase Manhattan Bank. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Economics from Denison University.
