Joined ISIS in September 2009 having worked extensively across the portfolio as HR Operating Partner over the past two years. With core competence in strategic HR, talent management and resourcing, is now responsible for developing and executing Talent Strategy across the ISIS business, placing a particular focus on maximising the effectiveness of the teams of people they work with at any stage of the deal lifecycle.
