Ben Marzouk

Bio

Ben is actively involved in origination, risk analysis, and execution at Praesidian Capital. Ben joined Praesidian Capital with 24 years of financial investment experience. Most recently, he was the Founder and Partner of Mid-Market Credit Advisors, where he provided strategic and advisory services to private equity groups, finance companies and privately-owned businesses. Earlier, Ben was a Managing Director at CIT Group, Inc. where he managed up to 75 private equity relationships and led the team responsible for origination, structuring and underwriting senior and junior capital solutions for lower- to upper-middle market companies. Earlier experiences include positions at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Citigroup, N.A. and Manufacturers Hanover Trust Corp. He earned his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Emory University, and an M.B.A. from Emory's Goizueta Business School.
