Over a 25 year career, Bill Long has advised a number of Silicon Valley’s most successful health care and technology companies on IPOs and M&A transactions as an investment banker. Bill joined Mohr Davidow in 2009 to assist portfolio companies with later stage financing and planning for liquidity events. He works with companies across the MDV portfolio in the technology, life sciences and Cleantech sectors. His combined finance background and senior executive experience, enables Bill to understand the operational challenges of venture backed companies as he works with them to finance their business growth. With a background in both company building and investment banking, Bill assists Mohr Davidow companies with realizing their vision, helping them raise capital and plan for liquidity events. Bill believes Mohr Davidow’s long history of backing great entrepreneurs combined with well-developed views of current innovation trends makes the firm's seasoned investment professionals terrific partners for the current generation of entrepreneurs to build the businesses they envision. Beyond the firm's capital and industry experience, Mohr Davdiow provides seasoned advisors to assist its portfolio companies with later stage capital raising and planning for liquidity events, including IPOs and strategic M&A transactions. Graduated from Loyola College of Baltimore in 1985 with a B.A. in Business Administration.
