Bio

Bryan Walker is an Associate at Lightyear Capital. He helps evaluate and execute new deals and also helps monitor Lightyear Capital's investments in Cascade Bancorp, Clarion Partners, Community & Southern Holdings, Inc., and Piedmont Community Bank Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining Lightyear Capital in July 2010, Mr. Walker worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group, where he worked on various mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital raises for corporate clients. Mr. Walker received his B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
