Joined HarbourVest's London-based subsidiary in 2003 as an analyst focusing on primary, secondary and direct investments in Europe. Promoted to senior associate in 2005 and vice president in 2006. Currently focuses on direct growth equity, mezzanine, and buyout transactions in Europe, Asia Pacific, and emerging markets. Has been involved in HarbourVest's direct investments in Betapharm (acquired by Dr Reddy's Laboratories), Cramer Systems (acquired by Amdocs), Finjan, GTS Central Europe, and Loxam, among others. Joined the Firm from AXA Investment Managers, where he was an equity and high-yield debt research analyst focusing mainly on the telecom sector. Serves as a director or observer director of Acision, Envivio, Flash Networks, and Kiala. Also serves on the advisory committees for partnerships managed by Ciclad and Innovacom. BS (with distinction) in Business Administration from Paris IX Dauphine University in 1999 and received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2002.
