David Kingery

Bio

Dave Kingery is a Principal with U.S. Real Estate, focusing on office, R&D, hotel and multifamily investments on the west coast, with primary focus on the San Francisco Bay Area and Pacific Northwest. Mr. Kingery is based in Orinda, California. Since joining Carlyle in 2006, Mr. Kingery has been the team leader on Carlyle’s investments in the Bay Area Hotel Portfolio, North First Street, 5300 Stevens Creek, Bay Vista, Culver City Doubletree, Albright Way, and Creekside Village. He also was the team leader on Oak Creek and Coronado Stender before they were transferred to CoreSite. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Kingery was with CarrAmerica in the San Francisco Bay Area. From 1996-2003 he was at ZKS Real Estate Partners, an operating partner on numerous Carlyle West Coast investments in Carlyle Realty Partners I, II, and III. Mr. Kingery received an M.S.I.A. from Purdue University and a B.S., in chemistry with a minor in athletic coaching, from University of California – Santa Barbara.
