Don Sechler

Bio

Don focuses on the analysis, evaluation and completion of secondary transactions. He also participates in fund monitoring, firm marketing and client reporting activities. He was previously an associate in Lehman Brothers’ Global Technology Group, where he advised corporate and private equity clients on LBO, M&A and capital raising transactions. He has also worked for Pinnacle West Capital Corp. and in the Corporate Restructuring practice for Arthur Anderson in Phoenix, AZ. He has a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University and the Barrett Honors College, an MBA with high distinction from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and is a CFA Charterholder.
