Einat Drutin is the VP Human Capital at Pitango. Prior to joining Pitango, Einat managed the recruitment department at Keinan Sheffi Institute, Ltd. where she had full organizational responsibility. Specializing in Human Capital and Recruitment Management, she has established Pitango’s “HR Forum” which provides professional assistance and quarterly training to the portfolio HR managers. Pitango Venture Capital was the first in Israel to offer these services. Einat has an M.A. degree in Behavioral Science and a B.A. degree in Organizational Sociology from Bar Ilan University in Israel.
