Before joining Infinity, Robert was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of MIND CTI Ltd, a Nasdaq-NM listed software company, where he was responsible for SEC reporting and compliance while also drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including software licensing, OEM and distribution agreements. Prior to joining MIND, Robert was with the international transactions and hi-tech group of Fischer, Behar, Chen, Well, Orion & Co, a leading Tel Aviv law firm, where he represented both companies and investors in debt and equity investment transaction and participated in major M&A transactions and IPOs. Robert also worked for the Toronto, Canada law firm of Gardiner, Roberts. Robert received his LL.B from the University of Western Ontario (Canada) in 1994 and BA from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem (Israel) in 1990. He has been a member of the Israeli Bar Association since 1998 and was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada (Ontario, Canada) in 1997.
