Frank Schiff

Bio

Mr Schiff is a Partner of MidOcean Partners. Prior to his current position, Mr Schiff was a Managing Director at DB Capital Partners. Previously, Mr Schiff was a Partner at White & Case LLP, where he was head of the corporate department and represented parties in major corporate transactions and financings, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and public and private securities offerings. Mr Schiff serves on the board of directors of Celerity Group Inc. Mr Schiff received his JD, cum laude, from Cornell Law School and his BS, magna cum laude, from the University of Colorado. Mr Schiff is a member of the New York State Bar.
