Geraldine Alias is a Principal at North Bridge Growth Equity where she focuses on growth equity investment opportunities in tech-enabled businesses, information services, software, healthcare IT, and Internet applications. Prior to joining North Bridge, Geraldine was a Principal at Volition Capital and a Vice President at Fidelity Ventures, where she sourced and led investment opportunities in software, healthcare IT and information services. From 2002 to 2005, Geraldine was an associate at Battery Ventures, where she focused on media, e-commerce and communication investments. Prior to starting her career in principal investing, Geraldine was a business analyst in McKinsey & Company’s Silicon Valley office, where she provided strategic and operational advice to telecommunications and enterprise software companies. Geraldine graduated from Princeton University with a BSE in Electrical Engineering and a Certificate in Engineering and Management Systems and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
