Joined LDC in July 2008 as an Investment Director in the Bristol office, after five years at Ernst and Young as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions. Whilst at E&Y Mr Podmore advised on a variety of mid-market transactions including the MBO of Space Cooling Ltd and the MBO of Bath based IPL plc. At LDC, led the recent investment in SCS Limited and also played a key role in the Snell & Wilcox and SCS transactions. MA in Politics at the University of Aberdeen and subsequently joined PricewaterhouseCoopers.
