Bio

Has over 14 years experience as a management consultant specializing in corporate planning, structure and organization with a focus on stimulating organizational achievement. Has repeatedly generated positive results as a manager, VP, president and owner of his own businesses. Educated at Dana College, Blair, Nebraska; in the Masters Program at California State University, Fullerton and at numerous American Management Association Seminars. He and his wife, Vicki, were missionaries in Japan in the 1960s. After graduate school, was progressively the New Product Manager, Contracts Administrator, Midwest Regional Manager and the Marketing Manager for the Deutsch Company, ECD an aerospace component firm. As VP of Marketing for Matrix Science Corporation, he led a 739% growth in five years and contributed to a 2,338% profit explosion. Was also President of Flight Corporation, a defense firm and Director of the Military/Aerospace Division for Interconnection Products Inc, a subsidiary of Wearnes Brothers. Has owned his own custom auto business and an advertising and sales promotion company.
