Jorey Chernett is a partner of Camelot Venture Group, LLC, where he evaluates new investment opportunities and works closely with existing portfolio companies on strategic, operating, financial and business development activities. Previously, Jorey was the President of D4D Technologies, LLC, a medical device company providing 3-D imaging and CNC milling solutions to the $60 billion dental crown and bridge industry. As President, Jorey led the company in architecting and executing its business model and intellectual property strategy, raising substantial capital from financial sponsors and strategic partners, hiring a talented team of employees and leading D4D through key strategic partnerships culminating in a sale to strategic investors that included 3M and Henry Schein. Prior to joining D4D, Jorey was a Director for Illinois Ventures, LLC, a venture capital firm focused on investing and commercializing early stage engineering and software related technologies. Previously, Jorey served as the Vice President of Corporate and Business Development for DigitalWork, Inc., a provider of online business services, and a Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Dell Ventures and Wells Fargo Ventures portfolio company. Jorey started his career as an investment banker for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he focused on merger and acquisition, strategic advisory and capital-raising assignments. Jorey graduated with Honors from Indiana University, with a bachelor's degree in finance.
