M. David Titus

Bio

David Titus is co-founder of Windward Ventures. Mr. Titus has been a director of over 25 companies, including two public companies. He has been a member of the Executive Committee for the CONNECT program in San Diego was formerly an officer of the Western Association of Venture Capitalists. Mr. Titus was recruited to become the first professional President of the San Diego Venture Group. and spent 5 years as SVP of Business Development with the law firm of Cooley, LLP. Prior to founding Windward Ventures, Mr. Titus was a General Partner and Managing Director at Technology Funding, a $250 million venture capital firm, where he was responsible for directing all new investment activity. Mr. Titus was also a co-founder and Senior Vice President of Silicon Valley Bank, a highly successful bank with headquarters in Santa Clara, California. Mr. Titus has a BA from University of California, Santa Barbara.
