Bio

Mr. Parrish joined Frazier Healthcare in 2008 as a Senior Advisor to the Growth Equity team and currently serves as chairman and CEO of Frazier portfolio company, TridentUSA Health Services. Over the past 28 years, Mr. Parrish has developed a long track record of success in the pharmaceutical, healthcare supply and chain drug store businesses. During the past couple of decades, Mr. Parrish has spent extensive time reorganizing and restructuring businesses for greater efficiency and output. He has implemented pricing initiatives and the Lean Six Sigma process across multi billion dollar units and has led both strategic acquisitions and divestures valued at more than $500 million. In addition, Mr. Parrish has led organizations through regulatory investigations and has a deep knowledge of SEC and other governmental oversight. Mr. Parrish is currently the CEO of Trident USA Health Services, a Frazier Healthcare portfolio company. Prior to his roles with Frazier Healthcare and TridentUSA Health Services, Mr. Parrish oversaw the healthcare supply chain business for Columbus based Cardinal Health. In this capacity, Mr. Parrish was responsible for $85 billion in revenue and $1.3 billion in net earnings. When Mr. Parrish first joined Cardinal in 1993, revenues were a mere $2.3 billion. While at Cardinal, governmental intervention caused a transformational change in the business model requiring the building and motivating of multi disciplinary teams in a short time frame to move the business from generating margin through speculative inventory purchases to a fee for service model. The outcomes of this transformation were the reduction of $2 billion in working capital and an increase in ROIC. Prior to joining Cardinal in 1993, Mr. Parrish had assignments in companies such as General Medical Corp., Bergen Brunswig, Proctor & Gamble and Campbell Soup.
