Matt Johnson

Bio

Matt Johnson joined Vista in 2010. Prior to joining Vista, Matt worked across the Global Media and Technology Groups at Lehman Brothers, and subsequently Barclays Capital, in their Silicon Valley office. In this capacity, Matt primarily advised clients in the Internet vertical but also spent time working with clients in a variety of other verticals including software, semiconductors and communications technology, among others. These projects included mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, public and private equity financings, and other strategic advisory initiatives.
