Matthew Streisfeld is an Associate at Lightyear Capital. He helps evaluate and execute new deals and also helps monitor Lightyear Capital's investments in Antares Holdings Limited and Houston International Insurance Group. Prior to joining Lightyear Capital in June 2010, Mr. Streisfeld worked most recently as an Associate at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods in the Insurance Investment Banking group where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, public and private capital raising, and other investment banking services for the insurance industry. Prior to working at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Mr. Streisfeld began his career as a financial analyst at JCJ Capital Partners LLC, an equity long-short hedge fund. Mr. Streisfeld received his B.B.A. in Finance, summa cum laude, from The George Washington University.
