Michael J Romaniw

Bio

Prior to joining Parmenter Realty Partners, Mr. Romaniw was employed by The AES Corporation where he worked in various tax and financial management positions. Mr. Romaniw joined Parmenter Realty Partners in January 2006 as Senior Vice President, Finance and directs all accounting, finance, tax, and treasury operations of the company. As Senior Vice President of Finance, Mr. Romaniw also oversees lender relationships, negotiates loan documents, and monitors overall debt compliance. In his capacity as Senior Vice President of Finance, Mr. Romaniw will monitor compliance with all income tax regulations with respect to the Parmenter REIT and its subsidiaries. Mr. Romaniw received a master of business administration and master of taxation degree from Canisius College and a bachelor of arts degree from McMaster University, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York.
