Worked for Pannell Kerr Forster, and as a management consultant in London before moving to the US in 1990 where he was a founding a partner in a software company specialising in decision in support, business intelligence and performance management systems. Returned to the UK to become a Business Development Director at Gentia Software where he was responsible for strategy formation and the establishment of new business partnerships. As portfolio manager, works closely with investee companies assisting them in the achievement of their business goals.
