Ms. O'Connor Abrams is an independent consultant focusing on profitable revenue identification and generation (RIG). In addition, she is well respected in the technology field, having recently moderated the worldwide launch of Microsoft XP. Previously, Ms. O'Connor Abrams was the President of Imagine Media’s Business Division (London:FNET), including the flagship publication Business 2.0. She successfully guided the sale of the magazine to AOL/Time Warner in July 2001. Ms. O'Connor Abrams has over 17 years of experience in publishing, trade show management, Internet strategies, online branding, and strategic business development. She has held executive positions at IDG, Ziff-Davis, and McGraw-Hill. She served as President and CEO of Computerworld in 1999. Prior to IDG, she was chief operating officer of Ziff Davis Events, which produces industry-leading expositions and conferences such as Comdex, Seybold, and Networld + Interop. She also served several years as a Publisher and Group Vice President at McGraw-Hill. Ms. O'Connor Abrams sits on the board of directors for Bow Street Software, AuctioNet.com, Clickability, and Playback Media. She earned a BS degree in Journalism from California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo.
