Naveen has worked for more than 13 years at the intersection of Technology, Process and Communication Design, focused on the Financial Services domain. As Head - Business Solutions & Innovation at Motilal Oswal Securities, Naveen works on ways to increase Customer and Franchisee Engagement, by delivering a cutting-edge Online Trading platform and mentoring business automation initiatives. His last assignment was with the ICICI group, where he spent more than 6 years in roles ranging from Channel Development and Business Excellence to Customer Strategy and Analytics. Naveen is an honours' graduate in Geology from St. Xavier's (Mumbai), and a post graduate in Business Administration from K.J. Somaiya (Mumbai).
