Paul M Mayfield

Bio

Paul is responsible for accounting due diligence and Portfolio Company accounting compliance. Prior to joining Willis Stein in 2000, Paul was a Partner in Ernst & Young LLP's Chicago office in the merger and acquisition due diligence group and was a founding member of that practice in 1987. Over the next 13 years, Mr. Mayfield managed more than 300 due diligence engagements involving middle market transactions. From 1977 to 1987, Mr. Mayfield held various positions with Ernst & Young's audit department where he served both private and SEC reporting clients. Paul received an M.B.A from the University of Chicago and holds a B.A. degree from Cornell University. He also is a Certified Public Accountant.
