Prior to joining LDC, was a Director in Deloitte's 'Operations and Post Deal Services' team focusing on post merger integration, 100 day planning and operational due diligence working with private equity and major corporates. Specialises in assisting LDC portfolio company management teams in the assessment of merger synergies and pre-deal separation / carve-out reviews, as well as post-deal standalone performance improvement of buyouts and 100 day planning. Also works extensively in the planning and implementation of integrations and separations. Joined LDC in July 2009. BA in Law from Nottingham University and MSc in Accounting & Finance from LSE.
