Richard Montgomery

Bio

Mr. Montgomery is Director of New Market Tax Credit Programs for ECP. He is also a member of the General Partner of BVN Advisors, a venture capital firm under contract with Enhanced Capital in Louisiana. Previously, Mr. Montgomery was an attorney with Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevent, Carre & Denegre, L.L.P., in New Orleans, LA. Mr. Montgomery earned a J.D. in 1999 from the Louisiana State University School of Law, graduating as a member of the Order of the Coif. In law school, he was an associate on the Louisiana Law Review. Prior to that, he earned a B.A. in History from the University of Georgia.
