Robert S Hull

Bio

Robert Hull is Providence’s CFO and is based in our Providence office. Prior to joining Providence in 2010, Mr. Hull served as executive vice president and CFO of GMAC. He was also a member of GMAC’s executive committee, chairman of Ally Bank and served briefly on GMAC’s board of directors. Previously, he spent seven years at Bank of America in a series of finance positions, most recently as CFO of the company’s global wealth and investment management business. Prior to joining Bank of America in 2001, Mr. Hull served as CFO of several companies, including Investorforce, Marvel Enterprises and Wise Foods. Mr. Hull earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
