Sam Hields

Bio

Sam strengthens the investment team in London and is deal sourcing in Great Britain and Ireland. Prior to joining OpenOcean, Sam held roles in software development for JPMorgan working on projects within treasury services and cybersecurity, managed operational expansion at Uber and was part of the team that launched and grew cities across the UK, and was the Director of Customer Experience for Community Fibre which built the largest FTTP broadband network in London and raised over £90m. Sam graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in Computer Science and his dissertation was on the visualisation of privacy with a specific focus on the Android OS.
