Scott Hilleboe is a Partner at Revolution Growth. He joined the firm in 2012. Prior to joining Revolution, Scott was a Managing Director at Steamboat Ventures, where he led investments in EdgeCast (acquired by Verizon), Elemental (acquired by Amazon), Fastclick (IPO), Greystripe (acquired by ValueClick), Kyte (acquired by KIT Digital), MediaOcean (acquired by Vista Equity Partners), MerchantCircle (acquired by Reply.com), Move Networks (acquired by EchoStar), PopularMedia (acquired by StrongMail), and Quigo (acquired by AOL). Prior to Steamboat, Scott was at Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, where he led investments in Jareva (acquired by Symantec), Yosemite Technologies (acquired by Barracuda Networks), Cenzic (acquired by Trustwave), and Voltage Security (acquired by HP). Early in his career, Scott worked at IBM, LaSalle Partners, and Synopsys. Scott currently serves on the boards of BigCommerce, FedBid, Handy, Resonate, and SpareFoot. Scott graduated Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude with a BSME from the University of Washington and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Scott received a BS in Mechanical Engineering, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from the University of Washington, and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
