Over 10 years with Eagle Venture Partners or previous management companies. Extensive experience in all legal aspects of the investments and exits of the Funds. Responsible for all legal procedures within investment and exit process and for corporate legal issues in the portfolio companies. Many years experience as a Board representative on the Boards of Directors of EVP portfolio companies. Age 56, completed his Economic Degree of the Institute of Economics and Statistic, Moscow. During his professional career he completed several courses including: Diploma of Russian Ministry of Finance to work as an investment fund manager, as a broker and a stock trader, Banking courses of ING Bank, The Netherlands, Venture Capital Training Course of European Venture Capital Association.
