Bio
Soledad serves as an Associate for Enhanced Capital Partners in the tax credit services division. Soledad originates and structures New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing and provides tax credit advisory services to businesses, investors, and Community Development Entities (CDEs). She also identifies tax credit investment opportunities and structures transactions to fit within deal parameters. Prior to joining ECP, Soledad was a Financial Analyst at UrbanAmerica LP, a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and developing commercial real estate in low- to moderate-income communities in major urban markets. Soledad worked in a similar capacity and managed a portfolio totaling $272 million in NMTC investments. Prior to UrbanAmerica, Soledad started her real estate career working for Massey Knakal Realty Services, a full-service property sales company, specializing exclusively in the sale of investment and user properties in the New York metropolitan area. Soledad holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a master’s degree from Milano The New School for Management and Urban Policy.
