Thomas Pryma

Bio

Joined AEA in 1999 and focuses on investments in the industrial and services sectors. Earlier in his career with AEA, was one of the first members of the London office and was involved in establishing the office, developing its investment strategy, marketing the firm, and sourcing and evaluating a variety of investment opportunities. Before joining AEA, was with the investment banking division of Merrill Lynch, and focused on advising a broad range of private equity investment firms. As part of what was at the time the leading financial sponsor coverage practice on Wall Street, worked with many large-cap and middle-market firms on all aspects of their investment activities. Co-led AEA's investments in Pregis, Unifrax, Houghton, BI and HMG and he currently serves on the boards of directors of each of these companies. Also co-led their investments in NCGA and Kranson. Graduated from Georgetown University with honors and a certified public accountant.
