Bio

Todd is responsible for sourcing and executing investment opportunities for Bay West. Prior to joining Bay West he was managing partner of Rinconada Development in Los Gatos, Ca. As the managing partner he identified and underwrote new projects, developed the projects including obtaining all entitlements, executed all infrastructure and construction of the project and oversaw all marketing, sales and leasing programs. 15 years experience managing strategic real estate opportunities across a wide spectrum of investments including single and multi-family residential (including condos and PUD’s), retail and mixed use properties. Highly experienced at evaluating and acquiring properties, navigating difficult entitlement and permitting processes, managing infrastructure and project construction as well as directing all marketing, sales and leasing programs. His cutting edge strategies provide clients with the competitive advantage in a rapidly changing and complex marketplace. As a market innovator he has developed several pioneering methodologies that enhance marketability, drive sales and leasing traffic and most importantly deliver results.
