Has particular experience in database and direct marketing, loyalty schemes and the internet and is a frequent chair or panellist for industry events and awards. Prior to joining Smedvig, was Executive Director of Air Miles the British Airways owned loyalty scheme. Previously Managing Director of leading Direct Marketing agency Smith Bundy & Partners and had a 25 year career in marketing at Thomas Cook, Thorn EMI, Watson Ward Albert Varndell, Fidelity Unit Trust and Yves Rocher.
