Bio

Has been with LDC since 2008, firstly on secondment from KPMG and then permanently from 2010. Prior to joining LDC spent his career at KPMG qualifing as a Chartered Accountant in the assurance practice covering the retail and consumer products sector before moving across to the Private Equity Group providing advisory services to large and mid-market clients. Has experience in leveraged buyouts, public-to-privates and restructurings across a variety of sectors including retail, TMT and support services. As an Investment Manager in the London office, focuses on new business opportunities. Investments at LDC include 1st – The Exchange. Graduated from the University of Southampton with an honours degree in Accounting and Finance. A qualified Chartered Accountant.
