Bio

Mr Wilcoxson has fifteen years of venture capital and private equity investment experience. Prior to joining Axiom, Mr. Wilcoxson was a General Partner of Claflin Capital Management in Boston where he specialized in early-stage information technology companies Mr. Wilcoxson had also been an early member of Internet Capital Group’s investment team. He began his venture capital career with Massachusetts Technology Development Corporation. Mr. Wilcoxson spent three years with GE Capital’s Corporate Finance Group, where he focused on later-stage private equity investments in manufacturing, retail and communications companies. He began his career in General Electric’s Financial Management Program Mr Willcoxson currently serves as an Advisor to the Boards of airwide solutions and MX Logic. Mr. Wilcoxson previously served as a Board member or advisor to Albridge Solutions (sold to PNC Financial Services), Andover.net (IPO “ANDN”, later sold to VA Linux), CenterPost Communications (sold to West Corporation), iFilm (sold to Viacom), Micro-E Systems (sold to GSI Lumonics), NexCen Technologies (sold to UCMS), Nufern (sold to Rofin Sinar Technologies), SilverStorm Technologies (sold to Q-Logic), Vibrint Technologies (sold to Grass Valley Technologies), VST Technologies (sold to SmartDisk), WellDog, Inc (sold to The Blue Sky Group). Mr Wilcoxson earned his undergraduate degree in Economics with honors from St. Lawrence University and Masters in Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management
