Bio

Joined ISIS in January 1993 and is Managing Partner of the business. His role encompasses overall responsibility for the strategic development of ISIS, and active involvement in investments. Spent three years with Barclays in various head office roles before joining ISIS. Chairman of the BVCA's - British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association - Responsible Investment Advisory Board, that advises the BVCA Council on how the industry should approach the important environmental, social responsibility and governance agenda. Previously Chairman of the BVCA in 2007, and a Council Member from 2002 to 2009. Non-executive Director of the Social Finance Board and also a Governor and Council Member of the London School of Economics and Political Science, chairing its Audit Committee. Initially trained as an engineer, having studied civil and structural engineering at Kings College, London and obtaining an MBA from Exeter University.
