Courant Enerpart Holdings, SAS owns 98% of Enertherm, a district energy production and network system which has a 25-year public services concession contract to provide the Paris-La Défense business center and the neighboring cities of Courbevoie, Nanterre and Puteau with an adequate supply of heating and air conditioning. Total energy capacity is approximately 600MWth, including heating, cooling and electric power production. The company serves a range of customers from 324 sub stations along a 21km heating network and 14km cooling network.
