Bio
Jason Donnell is a Director of the investment banking and corporate finance division of CEA and is based out of the firm’s New York office. Jason provides comprehensive M&A advisory and capital raising services to companies in the communications, media, entertainment and information technology industries. Jason has over ten years of experience in finance, private equity, strategy and operations in the media and communications industries. Most recently he was a Principal with Platform Equity, a media investment firm, where he was responsible for deal origination, evaluation, and execution. Prior to joining Platform, Jason was a Manager in the Strategic Planning Group at Twentieth Century Fox where he focused on corporate development and internal operational projects. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Senior Consultant with Booz-Allen & Hamilton. Additionally, Jason spent time working with Allen & Company and Dimensional Associates, a private equity firm focused on digital media, while completing his graduate degree. Jason received his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and completed his bachelor's degree with double majors in Economics and Engineering from Northwestern University.
