Bio

Global Head of Equity Derivatives. Joined Aberdeen via the acquisition of Deutsche Asset Management's London and Philadelphia fixed income businesses in 2005. Previously, worked at Scottish Life fulfilling a number of roles in IT, Pensions and Marketing. Moved in 1995 to investment having spent time as investment manager/investment actuary on the fixed income, UK equity and Japanese desks. In 1997 assumed responsibility of the derivative function. BSc (Hons) Maths from the University of Edinburgh and a Diploma in Actuarial Science from Heriot-Watt University. Fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries.
