Andrew Aylwin

Bio

Has six years' experience in private equity across Europe and was involved in WPE's acquisitions of Asquith Court, VELO and Clinovia. Joined WPE in July 1999 from PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, working in the Transaction Services division. At PwC, provided corporate finance, valuation and due diligence services and advice in numerous acquisitions, buyouts, financing and capital market transactions throughout Europe including Vianova Resins, Diamant Boart, German Parcel, Gemplus and Winterthur Rappold. Sits on the boards of Coperion and Asquith Court. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC, after completing a degree in French and German at the University of Bradford. Speaks fluent French and German.
