Andrew Jensen acts as an advisor to Clairvue on its financial management, reporting and tax structuring matters. Mr. Jensen is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Kearny Venture Partners, a San Francisco-based venture capital firm. Prior to joining Kearny Ventures, Mr. Jensen was the Chief Financial Officer of Liquid Realty Partners, where he worked closely with Mr. Giller and Mr. MacDonald in their respective roles as Managing Principal and Chief Investment Officer and Director of Acquisitions. Prior to Liquid Realty, Andrew served as the Senior Controller of Gryphon Investors and Director of Finance of Sanderling Ventures. Earlier, Andrew was an audit manager with Arthur Andersen. Andrew is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and has earned his BA in Finance and Accounting with honors from the University of California, Berkeley.
