Bio

He is currently serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of Aquarians Management Consulting. In the past, Anil served as the CEO of companies in Tata group and Raychem India. He has over 40 years of experience creating and managing businesses with expertise in innovation, value creation strategies, industrial plant automation, business computing and power systems automation. He coached top management of a large number of technology-based ventures through to maturity. He innovated new Global Business Models of over a dozen current sector leaders in technology in USA, India & Asia. He managed explosive growth in Tatas through the creation of entirely new business lines in industrial plant automation, business computing & power systems automation. He catalyzed India’s first venture investment in a Silicon Valley technology start-up in Parallel Computing as a part of Tata’s venture team. He built Raychem’s India subsidiary from foundation to the Company’s most profitable unit globally. B.Tech (Honours) in Electrical Communication, and M.Tech. in Industrial Control Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
