Bio
Anita Balaji is a Vice President focused on U.S. buyout opportunities in the consumer and retail sector. She is based in New York. From 2002 to 2004, prior to attending business school, Ms. Balaji was an Associate at Behrman Capital, a private equity firm in New York. Prior to that, she was an analyst in Goldman Sachs’ Mergers and Acquisitions Group, with a focus on the consumer and retail sector. Ms. Balaji received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wellesley College with a B.A. in mathematics and chemistry.
