Ben previously was with USBX Advisory Services (now Imperial Capital LLC), a Los Angeles-based investment bank focused on the lower middle-market. While at USBX, Ben was actively involved in all aspects of the mergers and acquisitions process, including developing detailed financial models, performing industry analysis and conducting due diligence. He began his investment banking career at Bear, Stearns & Co in New York. New York University, Stern School of Business, BS in Finance and Marketing.
