Bio

Mr Brahm is a founding member of Aldine Capital Fund LP. In addition to general management responsibilities associated with the Fund, Mr Brahm is responsible for deal generation and marketing, structuring and negotiating new investments and exits, portfolio company management as well as fundraising and investor relations. Prior to forming Aldine Capital Fund LP, Mr Brahm was a Director with Bank One Mezzanine Corporation (BOMC) and worked closely with Mr Revord from 1999 until leaving JP Morgan Chase (the parent of BOMC after the merger of JP Morgan Chase and Bank One) in January of 2005. Mr Brahm joined BOMC in 1999 after working at First Chicago/Bank One and Mellon Ventures in Pittsburgh and obtaining a Masters in Finance from the University of Wisconsin. Mr Brahm's primary responsibilities for BOMC included deal execution and management of existing investments. In conjunction with senior partners, Mr Brahm was intimately involved in originating, structuring and executing investments of approximately $114 million in 14 companies. Mr Brahm graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts in business economics and earned his master's degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin.
