Bio
Bill acts as an Ombudsman for Brook, primarily in western New England. He seeks out companies that represent attractive current investment opportunities, or acquisition candidates for Brook portfolio companies, and meets with entrepreneurs to build a base of future prospects. Bill retired as a General Partner from Brook Venture Partners in 2005. He brought a number of individual investors to the firm and was active in the formation of Brook Fund I. He sat on the Board of Directors of four of the Brook Fund I investment portfolio companies and was a personal investor in 8 of those companies. He and his wife Nancy live in Northfield, MA on a farm near the Connecticut River. Undergraduate education at Princeton University and MS degree in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
